1
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Every first client starts with an initial assessment where I get to know the horse and gather all the relevant information. We’ll observe their movement, evaluate conformation, and check for muscle tension, discomfort, and imbalances. This ensures I can create a tailored treatment plan to suit their specific needs. Treatment on the same day is included
2
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance treatments are for existing clients that require regular care to stay in top condition. During these sessions, I will use a variety of techniques tailored to address any issues identified in the initial assessment. These treatments help keep your horse in good health, pain-free, and promote optimal behavior. Regular maintenance also supports long-term muscle and joint function, ensuring your horse stays happy and performs at their best.
3
REHABILITATION PROGRAMME
The rehabilitation program is designed for horses recovering from injuries or those needing to build strength and muscle. Through a tailored polework exercises plan, we focus on improving balance, straightness, bending, flexibility, proprioception, coordination, and more. This program helps your horse regain optimal function, enhance muscle development, and prevent future injuries. Each exercise is carefully chosen to meet your horse’s specific needs and progress at a safe, effective pace.
Specials for the Athletes

1
Pre-Competition
A pre-event treatment is essential for horses that are regular competitors. It helps prepare the body for intense activity by ensuring the muscles are relaxed, tension is released, and any discomfort is addressed while giving a boost of energy. This treatment boosts circulation, allowing the body to move fluids efficiently, enhancing flexibility and mobility. By preparing the horse physically and mentally, it improves performance and reduces the risk of injury during the event, ensuring your horse is at its best when it matters most.
2
Post-Competition
Post-event treatment is crucial for helping your horse recover after intense activity. It supports the healing process by promoting circulation, helping the muscles flush out waste products like lactic acid, and reducing swelling. This treatment aids in muscle recovery, decreases stiffness, and prevents soreness, ensuring the body heals properly and is ready for the next challenge. By addressing these issues quickly, we help your horse stay healthy, comfortable, and performing at its best
3
Streghtening programme
A tailored strengthening plan is essential for horse athletes to maintain peak performance. This plan focuses on enhancing mobility, flexibility, and muscle tone while improving straightness and overall balance. By targeting key areas through specific exercises, we help your horse build strength, prevent injury, and maintain suppleness. Regular strengthening sessions ensure your horse stays fit, moves more efficiently, and can handle the demands of intense athletic activity while staying injury-free
New clients
Initial Consultation
Your horse’s first assessment is all about getting to know them and understanding their needs. I take the time to look at the whole picture so we can create the best plan to help them feel and perform their best. We’ll start by watching your horse both standing still (static assessment) and in motion at a walk and trot (dynamic assessment). This helps me spot any imbalances in their gait, posture, or conformation that might affect their comfort or performance. I’ll also do a hands-on palpation exam, feeling for areas of muscle tension or sensitivity. This step is really important to uncover any tightness or discomfort your horse might be experiencing. Depending on what your horse needs, I may use tools like the fascia edge tool to release tight fascia or gentle techniques like Equine Mobilisation and Positional Releases to improve flexibility and joint function. Most importantly, I’ll spend time getting to know your horse—their personality, behavior, and history. By the end of the assessment, we’ll have a clear idea of what’s going on and how we can work together to help your horse feel their best.
Tailored Treatment Plan
After the assessment, I will design a treatment plan based on your horse’s specific needs. If they have chronic tension, conformation challenges, or long-standing issues, more frequent sessions will be necessary to see improvement. Note: It typically takes a minimum of three sessions to start noticing significant changes. For these cases, I recommend treatments at least once a week, with twice a week being ideal for quicker progress and staying on top of their musculoskeletal health. Regular follow-ups will help ensure lasting results and keep your horse moving comfortably and performing at their best. However, if your horse does not present any major issues and is in good overall condition, a maintenance treatment every 4 to 6 weeks will be sufficient to keep them feeling great and prevent potential problems from developing. By the end of the consultation, we’ll have a clear plan in place to help your horse feel their best and maintain long-term well-being.

Maintenance Treatment
Keeping Your Horse Strong, Comfortable, and Performing at Their Best
Regular maintenance treatments are essential for every horse, regardless of age, breed, or workload. Horses are athletes, and just like any athlete, they need ongoing care to stay flexible, pain-free, and performing at their best. Routine treatments help prevent stiffness, muscle imbalances, and discomfort before they develop into bigger issues, supporting long-term soundness and well-being. Managing Chronic Issues & Conformation Challenges Horses with chronic tension, conformation challenges, or past injuries often require more frequent sessions to achieve noticeable improvement. In these cases: ✅ Weekly treatments provide steady progress and better musculoskeletal management. ✅ Twice-weekly sessions are ideal for faster improvement and effective rehabilitation. ✅ A minimum of three sessions is typically needed before visible changes occur. Maintaining a consistent treatment schedule ensures better posture, movement, and overall well-being. Prioritizing your horse’s musculoskeletal care helps prevent strain, supports long-term soundness, and allows them to move and perform at their full potential.
